The Senior Strategy Development Specialist takes a lead role in coordinating the company's strategic planning process, collaborating closely with leadership to define strategy, set goals, and align regional and departmental objectives with the company's overarching direction.
Key responsibilities:
Data Analysis, Reporting & Innovation
Oversee the development and use of advanced analytical models to support strategic planning.Lead the collection and analysis of data, tracking the performance of strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize OKR performance and other key metrics.Prepare and present comprehensive reports on strategic project status to senior leadership.Strategic Workshop Preparation:
Facilitate strategic workshops and prepare discussion materials.Organize strategic meetings/on-sites/offsites and coordinate with internal teamsMarket and Industry Trends:
Study and report on industry, market, and customer trends to guide strategic decisions.OKRs, Goal Setting and Alignment:
Lead the definition, tracking, and analysis of Company OKRs and strategic targets.Ensure consistent alignment of regional and departmental goals with the company strategy.Strategic Communication:
Drive strategic communication efforts and ensure clarity across the organization.Strategic Planning Leadership & Change Management
