Job Description:
The Caterpillar Enterprise Strategy Division is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to support the governance and execution of Caterpillar’s enterprise strategy, as well as provide analysis and insights for rental and services growth initiatives. This work is vital to how we govern and execute the Caterpillar strategy across the enterprise partnering with segment and business divisions teams.
In this role, you will lead a small team responsible for strategy execution, lead the annual Resource Allocation process, annually support numerous Executive Office O&E reviews for multiple segments, support Rental Growth plans through financial modeling analysis and insights, as well as support other strategic ad hoc topics. You will set and execute an insights-driven vision for your team with the opportunity to gain an enterprise perspective while also collaborating with a variety of Caterpillar teams.
What You Will Do:
Provide forward-thinking leadership to a small team creating an insights-driven vision of enterprise strategy guidance and execution.Understand Caterpillar strategy and direction across multiple business units.Partner with organizations across the enterprise in support of strategic initiatives.Question status quo through industry insights to support a long-term strategic growth mindset.Assist/lead ad hoc projects throughout ESD and Caterpillar Business Divisions.Coach and mentor team members and create a team first, high-performing environment.You may be required to travel up to 10%.What You Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting or Finance related discipline8-10 years of progressively responsible job-related experienceEffective Communication: Ability to convey information clearly and concisely through written and verbal communications to all levels of the organization.Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically over various topics to drive business growth.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work and influence effectively with cross-functional teams.Top Candidates Will Also Have:

Summary Pay Range:
$169,320.00 - $253,920.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
