Job Purpose
In this role, you will be a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, helping to shape strategy with sharp, high-integrity insights. You will drive key business processes, including Quarterly Business Planning reviews, where strong project management will be critical as you coordinate insights across teams and ensure leadership has the right data at the right time.
If you are interested in executive messaging and storytelling, this role will give you a front-row seat. You’ll help senior leaders craft compelling narratives, finding the right data, exhibits, and visualizations to reinforce strategy and performance.
You will also own competitive intelligence and financial analysis, tracking industry shifts, competitor performance, and earnings cycles to deliver concise, high-impact takeaways. Your ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights will keep leadership ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning (50%)
Lead the development and execution of our International Operating Market Strategic Plans, including Annual Growth Plan and 3 Year Market Growth Plan strategic discussions Facilitate quarterly strategic planning sessions with the IOM Leadership Team, identifying and prioritizing commercial opportunities to drive business performance Oversee internal Rhythm of Business planning within International Operating Markets Leadership Team to ensure aligned priorities (Must Win Battles), progress, and accountability across IOM. Manage the Prioritisation Framework and monitor the progress of Growth & Rescue Squads, cross-market taskforces accountable for deploying high-impact initiatives. Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to bring together our business strategy and partner with the FP&A team to reflect this in our financial forecasts and reporting; Robustly challenge estimates to ensure gaps to plan are identified & addressedCommercial Strategy (30%)
Bring analytical rigour and discipline to ad hoc strategic initiatives aimed at continuously evolving business performance, including Pricing and value analysis Labour model optimization Store profitability and benchmarking New concept development Take personal accountability to drive and own business performance by driving insights, challenging status quo and building a holistic understanding of the business Act as a key strategic thought partner to market cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, development)Strategic Communication (20%)
Own the creation and distribution of IOM business updates to leadership team, communicating a clear and coherent story of performance and actions Lead the consolidation of business strategy & results in periodic strategic updates to Pizza Hut Global, including Quarterly Business PlanningRequirements
Strong ability to analyse complex data, build financial models, and evaluate key commercial levers such as pricing, profitability, labour models, and market development. Able to connect market performance to financial outcomes and long-term business objectives. Skilled at distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights and creating compelling updates and strategic narratives for senior leadership. Comfortable leading strategic discussions with senior stakeholders, driving alignment across diverse teams, and managing taskforces or cross-functional projects with accountability. Proactive and resourceful, able to structure problems, challenge assumptions, and propose practical solutions while taking personal accountability for driving results. Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities across geographies.Preferred Qualifications
6–8+ years in strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or commercial finance, ideally with exposure to international or multi-market environments. Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year business or growth plans, ideally in consumer, retail, QSR, or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred but not required).Working Relationships

This role is based out of our Restaurant Support Centre (RSC) in Central London, with a minimum of two days per week required in the office. As Pizza Hut is a franchise business, you may also be required to attend franchisee offices and other locations from time to time. Throughout the year, you will participate in events at the RSC, including (but not limited to) RSC Days, functional team meetings, 1:1s, and market visits.
Given the international scope of the role, you will also be expected to work effectively across different market time zones and manage relationships with virtual stakeholders and team members based in multiple geographies.
