Senior Strategy Manager, Quality Technology Services
Description The Senior Strategy Manager (SSM) will be responsible for coordinating the strategy of the QTS organization. QTS delivers Robotics Trade Strategy for international supply chain compliance, Core IT solutions for Amazon Robotics, and custom productivity and business software solutions for product development, supply chain, robotic manufacturing, and technology deployment. The SSM is responsible for working with the QTS leadership team consolidating and building the coordinated strategy across that space including authoring our three year planning doc, our organizational planning one and two documents, as well as our monthly business reviews that track progress against our goals and strategies. The SSM would be responsible for running our off cycle change request process to evaluate and intake new work into QTS. The SSM also works with our partner and parent organizations to supply updates, content, and analysis of QTS responsibilities into higher level or dependent goals and documents. They are dotted line into the Global Robotics Delivery (GRD) Strategy group, and would work with the complementary strategy leads from each of the other pillars in GRD. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
