Our team is passionate about supporting the development, governance and management of strategic forecasting and planning for the holistic Consumer Marketing organization. We help define, articulate, and track against our overall strategic direction and priorities to win and sustain share in the Canadian telecommunications market. Our mandate includes budget setting and forecasting for the Wireless product portfolio across all Consumer segments, tracking and reporting on key financial and performance metrics, and delivering strategic deep-dives and programs.
Our focus is on gaining a deep understanding of our business and customers, and using it to envision, build, and articulate the innovative strategies that will help us win in the market. We also work closely with our Executive leadership team to help communicate and drive these strategies across the organization.
Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together:
As a Senior Strategy Manager you’ll steer strategic discussions and share recommendations with our executive team to shape the strategic outlook of our business. As the team works through key strategic questions, you’ll use your expertise to identify and analyze business problems and enable appropriate business decisions.
With line of sight across our core KPI’s and brands, you’ll keep your finger on the pulse of our business performance, build relationships across the Consumer Marketing organization to inform your perspectives, and help us take our strategy and planning processes to the next level of accuracy and relevance.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Marketing, Business Intelligence, Finance, Sales and Product teams to understand current business performance and assess forward-looking business cases. This means you’ll be doing detailed analysis and developing your storytelling ability, while also getting exposure to our senior executive team and helping lead the charge on our overall strategic direction.
Lastly, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of different business cases, strategic deliverables, and performance outlooks throughout the year.

Energized Doer: When an exciting new challenge presents itself, you’re the first person to tackle it head on Chameleon: Uncertainty and ad-hoc asks don’t faze you; you relish being faced with dynamic new problems and pivoting quickly in response to executive asks to adjust our current course and speed and reprofile our current strategy.
