The TELUS Health Post Acquisition Integration team works collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to ensure we maximize the expertise and capabilities of acquisitions, in order to compete more effectively in the market and accelerate growth and offer more products and solutions to address customer needs. Our team is responsible for the development of post acquisition strategies & plans. Once an acquisition is completed, our team takes the lead to seamlessly integrate the acquired companies into TELUS.

The Post-Acquisition Integration (PAI) team is reinventing the future for TELUS Health through the thoughtful integration of products, people and processes that TELUS Health has acquired. Supported by the Director of PAI Business enablement your mandate as Senior Strategy Manager is twofold:

1. Work in collaboration to drive the execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies supporting the cross selling tactics within TELUS Health (TH) channels and acquired companies to help maximize lead generation and profitable growth measured against key performance metrics

2. Support the enablement of the TELUS Health post acquisition team by developing tools and processes at the macro level that ensure the success of each acquisition.

Here are some of the key responsibilities and activities you will lead in this role:
 

Use your ability to perform an appropriate level of assessment to recommend solutions; make sound decisions based on tangible data and analysis, experience and judgment Serve as key interlock and contact between the various sales & marketing teams within TELUS Health and the acquired companies to ensure we meet or exceed the value creation targets set forth in the business case of the acquisition Engage in various sales and operational focus group settings to assess program effectiveness, feedback and performance analytics Support program tracking and reporting requirements across multiple acquisitions Pull and analyze data and apply business knowledge to derive & summarize critical insights feedback and recommendations Champion the TELUS culture and values with new TELUS team members

Experience on TELUS teams working in strategy, enablement, sales or marketing Sales or sales operations experience or knowledge Executive level communications and documentation skills A business ownership mindset

 

Advanced knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.), as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.
