Conducts strategic analyses and contributes to strategic development.We are currently looking for an ambitious Senior Strategy Professional to join our Endovascular Robotics business within Advanced Therapies. We are a global technology leader in robotic-assisted vascular interventions. We believe the combination of endovascular robotics, image guidance and dedicated devices will change the way neurovascular procedures will be done in the future, enabling better outcomes, and enabling our customers to provide better access to care.
As a Senior Strategy Professional, you will be responsible for:
Strategy and BD development and execution efforts with specific focus on a business-critical partnership. This includes implementation of current agreements and development of future agreements which span the full business lifecycle from product development to commercializationSupporting the Head of EVR in the day-to-day business including managing projects and developing communicationsLeading key strategic projects that require coordination across multiple functions (e.g. SCM, Finance, Regulatory) and geographiesPreparation of analyses and decision proposals in conjunction with Strategy and Finance managementDriving global management meetings and workshops including management of agendas, collection of inputs, establishment of action items, and execution follow-up. The Sr. Strategy Manager will ensure that the EVR leadership team is fully aware of key challenges and key projects within the organizationBuilding internal communications for All-employee meetings, Business Head updates, and other communication vehiclesManaging the business strategy implementation process (Hoshin Kanri) including development of objectives with stakeholders and tracking and management of outputsThis position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to develop your career with Healthineers:
