About being our Sr. Structures Representative \n

As our Sr. Structures Representative, you will utilize your expertise to oversee construction activities related to structural elements. You will also provide client management and new business development activities in partnership with the Orange County team.

Responsibility Highlights for our Sr. Structures Representative\n\nTechnical Leadership:\nOversee pre-construction services, including bid reviews and bidding support.\nManage contract administration, monitor schedules, address claims, and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders.\nEnsure project adherence to approved plans, budget, and timelines.\nPerform calculation and acceptance of temporary structures as used in construction of bridges and structures including falsework, temporary shoring, working platforms, temporary supports\nVerify compliance with applicable regulations controlling work including CAL\/OSHA and SWPPP\nLead daily coordination with clients, contractors, designers, and regulatory agencies\nSupervise field construction staff and sub-consultants\nFacilitate project delivery and resolve issues promptly and effectively\n\n\n\n\nBusiness Development:\nIdentify and pursue opportunities to grow client relationships and establish new partnerships\nCollaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and secure new projects\n\n\n\n

Minimum Qualifications to be our Sr. Structures Representative\n\nProfessional Engineer (PE) License in the State of California\nBachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field\n10+ years' construction management or project management experience\n6+ years' experience of bridge and\/or structural construction inspection as related to major public works projects \n5+ years' experience as a Resident Engineer, Structures Representative or Assistant Structures Representative on major public works projects\nCaltrans experience preferred \n\n
