How you'll add value The Senior Success Enablement Manager will serve a key role in developing and driving operational efficiencies across our Success organization while facilitating collaboration with our cross-functional partners directly impacting the customer experience. In this dynamic and data-driven role, you will uncover critical insights to inform our success strategies designed to drive net retention and growth. Our ideal candidate enjoys “getting their hands dirty” by digging into complex operations, has a passion for designing processes that scale, and has a mindset and attitude of relentless simplification and driving continuous operational improvement. This individual will be skilled in data analysis and identifying actionable plans to drive customer and partner success, be an effective communicator, and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve results. Duties and Cor Responsibilities Become a trusted advisor to the Customer and Partner Segment leaders in our Success organization; lead metrics-driven "run-the-business" cadences, analyze business performance and identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop plans to address. Lead and support the rollout of processes, programs, and tools to improve the Success team's productivity and effectiveness; communicating overall status, associated risks, dependencies, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional processes that help meet gross and net retention targets and deliver on customers’ needs, including processes for individuals in our customer and partner success teams to: Relay customer feedback to the Product team Align with the Support and Engineering teams around incident management Provide feedback to Implementation and Sales on customer readiness Monitor leading indicators of customer adoption and analyze usage patterns to help drive business decisions, create adoption strategies, and design mitigation plans. Play the lead role in driving the cross-functional execution of the resulting initiatives ensuring consistent communication. Responsible for maintaining & evolving Paycor’s Voice of the Customer Program strategy and collaborating with internal partners to read out results and create actionable recommendations. Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent business experience required 5+ years of experience working in a fast-paced Customer Success / Sales / Revenue Operations or Project / Program Management role; preferably in an Enterprise/B2B SaaS company Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of Customer Success practices; able to demonstrate knowledge of key processes and metrics Strategic thinker who has a track record of moving quickly to put plans into action Superior organizational and operational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders of the organization. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $64680.00-$110424.00/year. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
