As the Senior Supervisor, Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring that the business, operational, procedures and services conform to standards. You will collaborate with the Senior QA Manager to continually improve quality for operations.
\nResponsibilities
\nOverseeing the development of systematic approaches for assuring high quality services that meet customer needs.
\nDeveloping, implementing, and leading key process improvement efforts and influences cross-functional efforts.
\nValidating quality processes by establishing specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; then working with the Training Manager to write and or update procedures.
\nMaintaining and improving work quality by completing compliance audits.
\nPreparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
\nEnsuring that business, operational, and technical procedures, products, and services conform to client standards.
\nWriting technical and management reports.
\nRequirements
\n\n Possess bachelor’s degree but will accept a combination of education and experience.\n Have experience interpreting and drafting program regulations, policies, and procedures.\n Show prior experience managing a team of 5+ employees.\n Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).\n Display professional communication and critical thinking skills.\n Have background in Medicare/ Medicaid preferred.\n Have training, auditing, & mailroom experience preferred.\n\nFlexible Working

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $58,850-74,150.
