The Asia Program Management Office Finance team is seeking a financial analyst (M3) to provide program control & FP&A support on the Asia program in the Europe & Asia business area. As a key member of the finance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position.
The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a variety of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts. This exciting position will provide an opportunity to work on a program from the ground up, work on a unique program, perform estimates at completion, variance analyses, and utilize other metrics and tools used in the successful support of the program.
This position is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done at the following locations: Tewksbury/Andover, MA, Tucson, AZ, Huntsville, AL, McKinney, TX. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:
Aid in establishing, analyzing and loading the initial baseline within given targets
Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCR) and ensures all changes are incorporated into control systems
Preparation of Earned Value (EV) financial data for Monthly Operating Reviews, Financial Reviews etc.
Support weekly/monthly/AOP financial forecasting and analysis
Support Organizational Workforce Planning (OWP) labor forecasting
Program control including monthly variance analysis
Prepare and support monthly & quarterly financial deliverables (CDRLs, VARs, BCRs, EACs, Review packages etc)
Support Ad Hoc Tasks & Analysis as required
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field & 5 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of related work experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with SAP, Standard Business Warehouse reports and/or similar reports
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
