What You Will Do

Provide technical guidance to support and maintain a strong working relationship with the operations team.Collaborate on investigations and analyze hardware/assembly concerns causing quality and delivery issues.Determine the proper disposition of nonconforming material when participating in Material Review Board (MRB) activities.Generate, maintain and provide quality metrics to the Air Management team and participate in the execution of quality improvement programsEstablish and maintain customer relations for the different part families related to Air Management Systems.Serve as a liaison to the government and customer representatives for the quality discipline.Lead teams to investigate the root cause of customer escapes and non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective/preventive actionsSupervising six quality inspectors.

What You Will Learn

Develop expertise in providing technical support to operations teamsEnhance your ability to analyze and resolve quality and delivery concerns related to hardware and assembly processesDevelop leadership skills as you will supervise a team of quality inspectors, ensuring that work is done to meet quality standards and improving team performance over time.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract ​

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
