OnsiteThe Senior Supervisor, Quality Inspection on 2nd shift will oversee a large team of hourly employees in Quality Inspection, assist with technical issues, and support our internal customers.
What You Will Do:
Supervise the daily activities of Quality Inspectors to ensure adherence to established department, organization, and customer specification parameters.Collaborate with internal customers to identify required resources and assist in developing inspection plans to balance workloads and ensure effective use of resources.Assist in creating inspection procedures to ensure quality standards are met.Coordinate the training of inspectors to ensure that their skills and performance meet organizational needs.Ensure that inspectors have the necessary tools to perform their tasks effectively and efficiently.Work with multiple functions to resolve inspection issues.Maintain Quality values in a fast-paced environment.Use applicable databases to track and maintain up-to-date inspection training.Identify inspection process deficiencies and drive Inspection Standard Work and efficiency.Keep Quality Management System documents for Inspection up to date.Provide routine Inspection feedback and perform Annual Reviews.2nd Shift Hours will be Monday – Thursday 3:00 pm – 1:30 am CST.Qualifications You Must Have:
2+ years of experience managing and developing a large team of 30+ reports.Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.Qualifications We Prefer:
Understanding of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution.Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve organizational goals.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.Skills in resolving conflicts and fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to make informed and timely decisions to drive project and team success.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Background in Aerospace Manufacturing Quality.Experience in coordinating and delivering training programs to ensure team members' skills and performance meet organizational needs.Familiarity with AS9100 / AS9102 standards.Previous experience in Quality Systems and Lean methodologies.Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and drive positive change.What We Offer:

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
