Senior Supervisor, Transaction Processing
**Senior Supervisor, Transaction Processing** This Onsite role will be reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Transaction Processing Senior Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of incoming/outgoing mail, remittance processing and data transfer for Lockbox clients. **Responsibilities** + Plans, assigns, and monitors workflow for group of employees within multiple areas of Lockbox operations. + Maintains optimal efficiency and cost effectiveness while ensuring performance standards and service level agreements are met and maintained. + Provides staff with performance feedback and coaching, including productivity, quality, and attendance. + Assists in the evaluation of resources needed to accommodate volume fluctuations. + Responsible for administering all departmental and human resource policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. + Helps with troubleshooting and resolving issues and barriers within processes. + Responsible for employee training, writing, and developing policies and procedures, as necessary. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + 3 plus years of Supervisory or Leadership experience in banking operations , lockbox, and operations environment experience. + Possess ability to communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation, verbal presentations, and interviews. + Have proficiency with standard software and systems. + Ability to problem solve through analysis and ongoing feedback. + Show ability to achieve results through knowledge, empathy, and commitment. + Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate and develop staff. + Have ability to work onsite with some evening and weekend hours as needed. + Preferred Lockbox experience. + Must be able to manage 15-20 team members. _Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
