Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Development
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals to achieve business objectives.
+ Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
+ Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and innovation.
+ Conduct regular performance reviews and identify opportunities for professional development.
Strategic Planning and Execution
+ Work with senior management to align the team’s objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
+ Plan and prioritize team activities to meet project deadlines and business requirements.
+ Identify and mitigate risks impacting project delivery or team performance.
+ Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Operational Oversight
+ Oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring smooth execution of tasks.
+ Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
+ Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Problem Solving and Decision Making
+ Analyze challenges and implement actionable solutions to address issues promptly.
+ Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize team operations.
+ Facilitate collaboration to resolve conflicts and ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
+ 2+ years of experience in IT or a similar field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Management Skills
+ Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Proven experience in driving team performance and achieving business goals.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
+ Skilled in conflict resolution and fostering a collaborative environment.
Other Skills
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
