What you’ll do:

As Senior Supervisor, Customer Experience, you will lead and manage a team of representatives and specialistsManage performance and implement learning and development initiatives to improve customer experienceBe responsible for team motivation, setting objectives, performance reviews, development and engagementBuild relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and grow customer relationshipsLead projects and deliver insights and recommendationsDrive key initiatives, identify improvements and escalate issues where necessaryMonitor KPIs and take action to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are metDeal with escalated issues/cases

What you need (required)

University degree plus 4 years’ experience in a customer facing role (+5 if no degree)Previous team management experiencePrevious project management experienceAbility to recruit, develop and engage high performing teamsKnowledge of the end-to-end supply chain and OTC processesFluent EnglishAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS WordGood ERP system knowledgeKnowledge of Power BI and data analysisKnowledge of quality assurance and process mappingA high degree of relationship building skills, self-awareness and emotional intelligenceHighly customer focusedStrong collaborator which sets high performance standardsStrong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organisationPositive, optimistic mindset and can-do attitude

What you need (preferred)

Experience with reverse logistics and consignment type business (such as Medical Device, Healthcare Markets)Experience with continuous / process improvementExperience of working with Oracle and Salesforce2nd European language (any Nordic language, or country based)

Preferred location is in the Nordics, Malmö/Sweden or Vantaa/Finland, but with flexibility towards Amsterdam/Netherlands or Diegem/Belgium.

Travel Percentage: 20%
