The Role:

SRG Global are Seeking experienced Senior Mechanical Supervisors for our shutdown and projects works based on the CSBP, Alcoa refineries around Perth. The role focus’ on directing multiple teams of mechanical trades people executing a diverse range of mechanical, structural and piping works in industrial environments. The role will be reporting to the Project Manager and will work closely with site teams and client representatives ensuring project delivery meets expectations in terms of safety, schedule, cost and quality requirements.

Shutdown dates:

Main shutdown - Commences on the 17th February - 11th April.

Flexibility:

Casual Flat Rate. Super paid on all hours worked. 12Hour Days Night Shift/Day Shift.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Minimum of 5+ Years experience in a similar role is a must Previous experience in shutdowns, projects and construction in heavy industrial environment Extensive Mechanical trade experience (Boiler making, Coded Welding, Fitting) Strong communication and people management skills Ability to work within a diverse team of E&I and cranes and lifting personnel Ability to contribute to development of costings, schedules and execution methodology documents. Be highly organised and able to effectively plan personnel, materials, plant and equipment Previous project coordination/supervision experience.
