SRCTec, LLC is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will be responsible for supporting corporate supply chain activities and supplier performance that support operational efficiency in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you will support the corporate manufacturing and development operations. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, motivated, work well with a team, and be able to manage supplier relationships. This role reports directly to the Manager of Supply Chain Management.
What You’ll Do Ability to conduct in-depth discussions and solve problems regarding all aspects of Supply Chain ManagementAbility to be the main point of contact and liaison between suppliers and Manufacturing/PMs/PlannersMonitor and manage purchase orders to delivery dates, program need dates and to closureCoordinate shipments and work to improve supply chain processes Work with suppliers to reduce delays and increase communications through calls, meeting and visitsHelp with onboarding suppliers as needed using the company ERP systemSupport supply chain related initiatives as necessary and be able to present material to internal/external customers What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or manufacturing with 1-3 years of experience in procurement activities, manufacturing or supply chainAssociate’s degree in business, Supply Chain or manufacturing with 3-5 years of experience in procurement activities, manufacturing or supply chainHigh School Diploma with 10+ years of experience in procurement, manufacturing or supply chainAbility to present/facilitate meetings and drive action items to closureAbility to work cross functionality to achieve a common goalWorking knowledge of basic purchasing procedures, a plusUnderstanding of MS office products is a must with strong MS excel and MS queries knowledgeFoundational understanding of basic supply chain KPIsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-taskAbility to provide guidance and advice during teleconferences and meetingsAble to successfully communicate in person and on the phone with both technical and acquisition specialists Basic knowledge of Supply Chain activities including, replenishment, sourcing, logisticsWhat Sets Us Apart?

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $69,000 - $81,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
