Job Summary

 

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be based in Zhuhai Guangdong.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

Responsible for customer interface on strategic materials for key assigned accountsPrimary materials interface for customer in new project start-up, as well as internal supply chain coordinator between sourcing, buyer, planner & PM Drive sourcing strategies in materials quotations. Present materials value-ads to customers, and influence customers to use Flex preferred suppliersDevelop and lead implementation of flexibility and supply assurance plansTrack material financial performance, and initiate corrective actions when requiredManage material cost review (local, regional and global). Lead supply base management effort to support customers’ needs such as cost reduction & supply chain solutionsExercise supervisory responsibilities, involving in basic managementDevelop proactive supply chain improvement plan-Lead time reduction, MOQ reduction, localization & alternative sourcing, replenishment program penetration

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

College degree or above, majoring in Management or Economics is preferred, supplier management, material procurement or planning background5+ years working experience in material functionBe familiar with BAAN/ERP systemGood communication and presentation in both English and Chinese.Be good at using Microsoft office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
