As Senior Supply Chain Engineer, you join a department that is specifically tasked to prepare and deliver Service Parts and the kits for Field Upgrades, Installs and Relocations.
Role and responsibilitiesAs Senior Supply Chain Engineer your main task is to improve the performance of ASML’s Service Hub. The goal is to realize major project- / program deliverables by growing the capabilities of the organization and delivering performance improvements. You contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement and maintain an active knowledge of state-of-the-art supply chain principles and apply them to ASML processes
You lead projects / programs to accelerate our transformation and focus on impact, leveraging lean tools, boosting shop floor engagement and developing leadership. You are part of the Safety, Quality & Excellence Team and ensure that the performance impact & maturity ambitions are realized and best practices are implemented and embedded in a learning organization.
Education and experienceBachelor or master's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or business administration
5 to 10 years experience in operations, supply chain and/or industrialization with a proven track record in leading process improvements projects
Experience in planning and logistics processes and change management/operational excellence/Lean methodology is a must, experience in the semiconductor industry and/or in the high tech equipment industry is a big plus
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is a big plus
Fluent in English, verbal and written
