Senior Supply Chain Manager, Global Category Strategy and Cash Management, North American SCM COE
Role Overview:
This Role is a subject matter expert and responsible to:
Lead and oversee the deployment of the category strategy management system and workflow to optimize the supply chain across all regions.Lead and Drive supply chain cash improvement initiatives globally to enhance working capital and financial performance.Serve as the primary point of contact for the supply chain Center of Excellence (COE) within the North American region, providing guidance and support to regional teams on supply chain process.Besides above responsibilities, this role shall also be engaged in below activities as other COE team members:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the global supply chain.Develop and implement best practices for supply chain management, leveraging industry standards and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and deliver measurable results in supply chain performance.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive effective collaboration and achieve supply chain excellence.On a typical day you will:
Check the dashboard of cash improvement, setup meeting with regional team on action status
Check the deployment status of category management system, continuously optimize the process and templates
Organize the relevant training for management system or tool, make sure all relevant supply chain team are fully aligned on the system deployment>
Work with stake holders, internal customers on the opportunities to improvement the process and system to support Supply Chain team to achieve better performance
What You Will Need to be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in business management or engineering or in other related field; Master's degree preferred.Has rich experience in manufacturing industry, elevator industry or automotive industry preferred, has existing global management experience preferred.Proven experience in global supply chain management, with a focus on category strategy, cash improvement, and center of excellence operations.Demonstrated track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving impactful supply chain initiatives.Strong understanding of global supply chain best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, capable of translating vision into actionable plans and initiatives.Strong capability on data analytics, reporting and process optimizationCertification in supply chain management or related fields is a plus.Apply today to join us and build what’s next!
