Senior Supply Chain Specialist

This role is responsible for performing a variety of senior level clerical/administrative activities within the Supply Chain function with limited supervision and with a level of propriety and confidence. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.

What You Will Do:  

System SME to support site staff use of MyBuy/GEP, SAP, and Onbase (online purchasing tools) including vendor setups/upkeep, requisitioning, invoice processing, and check requestsEstablish service agreements for procurement of site non-operations vendors (e.g., janitorial, vending, drinking water, etc.) with some performance administration.Creation of site training materials as part of the TP&D pillarSupport and maintenance of document management system (ETQ/DMS), including operational engineering, and fixed asset documents.Support and maintenance of office equipment including digital signage, copiers, printers and timeclock repairs.Assist managers in all departments with miscellaneous assignments including maintaining access badges and parking tags, timeclock enrollment, safety shoes and prescription safety glasses procurement and recordkeeping, administering annual medical surveillance, weekly/monthly payroll reporting, PTO and attendance tracking, capital tracking and input, and operational license applications.Perform daily general office tasks.  May fill in for other positions as needed.

Position Details:

Location: Ellwood City, PAWork Week/Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pmCompensation: $28.00 / hour

Minimum Qualifications:  

High diploma or equivalent3 years of experience in an office environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field.Proficient with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OutlookAbility to successfully manage multiple, competing priorities to meet deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational skills and attention to detail Ability to anticipate needs, be resourceful, and use sound judgment and tactAbility to work independently, as well as collaborate in a team environmentProcess oriented, adaptable, reliable, flexible and approachable
