Senior Supply Planner & CMO Relationship Manager – Outsourced Manufacturing
Job Description SummaryAs the Senior Supply Planner and CMO Relationship Manager you will undertake the daily planning work for our GEHC outsourced manufacturing of radioactive products and take the lead in the maintenance of the relationships with the Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). The role is based at our GE HealthCare manfuacturing plant in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

Production planning ensuring that the flow of product from manufacturing partners is aligned with customer demand and ensuring safety stock levels are maintained, inventory level optimised, delivery KPI targets are met and supply risk is mitigated.Working within S&OP process, ensure that manufacturing capacity is secured to meet forecasted customer demand and that production plans are established, reviewed, adapted and optimised.Where product shortages occur, take the lead in coordinating the planning and response working intensively with CMO partners and internal stakeholders to manage periods of product shortage.Ownership of the strategic business relationship with the CMO partners. Working together with sourcing, supply chain colleagues, logistics and legal to drive continuous improvement, risk reduction and cost optimisation. Ownership of change control processes for the products that are managed.Develop an in-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.Maintain SAP planning parameters to ensure data integrityCompiles, analyzes and presents non-routine information to support Supply Chain activities and to assist with decision making– e.g. inventory levels, inventory positioning, material deliveries, planned master production schedule, S&OP and sales forecastsEstablish and maintain positive working relationships across the business and with CMO partners. Negotiates and monitors levels of service or performance provided, communicates and actions areas of concern to resolve issues.

Basic Requirements and Qualifications

This role requires advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution. Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.5+ years experience in Pharma/Med Tech industries within a manufacturing planning roleDemonstrated experience in the relationship management of strategic suppliers or CMOsStrong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.Experience in working in ERP systems.Experience in change managemant and change control quality management processes within a GMP or ISO13485 QMS environmentDaily business and documentation is in English, so fluency in English language to a high technical level is essential.
