Job DescriptionInterface with Field team Radio coverage testing and interference mitigationRadio system licensing Preparation of equipment lists;Support and troubleshooting of radio communication networks, including repeater stations, terminals, and transport networks;Meetings and presentations for clients;Performing System upgrades;Opening and tracking of the incoming support requests level 03;Preparation of Technical Reports; Elaboration of performance reports and procedures;Inventory and Spare part List;Elaboration of Work Plan;
Basic RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Telecommunications completed or related areas (CREA required);Experience in technical support and implementation of systems in the RF area (mandatory);Experience in APCO25, DMR and DIMETRA Technologies;Knowledge in Telecom Infrastructure, Electrical, RF, tower and structured cabling;Knowledge in Telecom networks (desirable CCNA or equivalent knowledge); Knowledge of IP networking, network design methodologies & troubleshooting (Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, MPLS)Configuration of operating systems (Unix, Linux and Windows Server) and Installation and Maintenance of Servers; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Presentation);Knowledge in radio communication systems, radio propagation, RF, wireless or broadband/LTE;ITIL certification (desirable)Desirable Fluent English (Conversation and Writing);Behavioral skills: excellent oral and written communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills, initiative, sense of urgency, dynamism, planning and organization;Valid driver's license (Category B);Availability for travel - 25 to 50% of the time (base São Paulo - SP)NR10 certification (required);Knowledge in clouding is a plus.
