Our customer is a global company of iconic brands. They unite some of the largest names in fashion. They are seeking a Senior MS Teams Support Engineer for their NYC office. They are seeking an engineer who has experience acting as the Admin in their previous roles, previous experience with integrations, upgrades and migrations.
+ Senior Support Engineer specializing in Microsoft Teams, responsible for assisting users with "how to" inquiries configuring product user settings, supporting the use ofTeams Rooms and guiding users through the transition from Zoom to Teams
+ 5 years IT Support with focus on Teams
+ Extensive Teams, Teams Rooms, M365
+ Expert-level experience with Microsoft Teams. The person would be proficient in Teams administration, policies, call queues, direct routing, and Teams Phone/Voice. Enterprise-level Teams deployments and integrations.
