Role Overview :

As a Senior Support Engineer you will be a vital part of our support and service team, providing top-tier assistance to our B2B clients within the iGaming industry. Your technical expertise, combined with a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs, will ensure that we not only meet but exceed their expectations.

Job requirements:

5+ years of experience in a support role within the iGaming industry or related fields. Proficiency in English and excellent technical troubleshooting skills. Experience in leading a team and working in a B2B environment. Familiarity with the technical aspects of online gaming, geolocation, and compliance technologies. A global thinker who thrives in remote, unstructured environments, with a desire to drive success in a maturing organization.

Job responsibilities:

Business support tickets and client reviews, offering proactive business suggestions and potential improvements. Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries. Work flexible hours, including weekends and outside typical business hours, to cover various shift patterns. Leverage knowledge in Java, Android SDK, iOS SDK, REST API, HTML, JS, SQL, and cloud solutions to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
