Our Client, a greenfield video servicing/managment startup, is looking for a Senior Support Specialist for their team. The company has been expanding rapidly and looking for experienced personnel to aid in their roll out to market.

This is an opportunity to work for an established and rapidly growing company. They are ideally looking for someone with experience in Linux, Windows 10/11, Mac, PC hardware, printing, peripherals, mobile devices, remote access, and productivity applications (Office 365, Adobe, Zoom, etc.). Familiarity LAN/WAN, TCP/IP Networking technologies.

This is a Full-Time role, Hybrid in Dallas, TX paying $75-95k.

Require Skills & Experience . Extensive knowledge of Linux, Mac, Windows 10/11, PC and Mac hardware, printing, peripherals, mobile devices, remote access, virus/malware removal, and productivity applications (Office 365, M365 Adobe, Zoom, etc.) Proven experience administrating Active Directory & Group Policy Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the firm while meeting deadlines. Previous video servicing and management experience Previous A.I. experience familiarity with TCP/IP networking Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and cabling Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
The Offer Full-Time, pay will range from $75-95k based on experience.
