Senior Support Specialist
Our client, a local video management and servicing start up, is looking for a Senior Support Specialist to join their IT team. In this role you will act as a final escalation point for the support team doing a combination of phone/email, ticketing, and deskside based support.

Ideally, you have experience supporting Windows systems, Mac devices, and TCP/IP networks. Having experience adding/deleting users, setting up, and licensing Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Group Policies is great to have. The ideal candidate is comfortable doing tier one through three support and is hoping to move into a more system administrator-based position.

This is a direct hire role, 2 days onsite out of their Richardson, Texas office. Compensation is $80-90K. Required Skills & Experience Experience with tier one through 3 support and the ability to act as a final escalation point. Experience support Mac laptops and other office hardware (AV equipment/printers/etc). Experience supporting end user platforms such as Entra, Microsoft 365, and Group Policies. Comfortable doing desk side support, answering phones, and working with ticketing systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelors or masters in Computer Science, or related field.
