Working for an established provider of care and support to adults with profound learning and physical disabilities, you will be working for an organisation that puts people at the centre of all they do.

The role:

Providing excellent effective care and support to adults with profound learning disability and complex needsAssist the RM in general care/health care administration matters within the service, including cover for staff holidays/other absences, individual care plansPromote independent living skills and working in a person -centred wayAction and work with all care and support plans tailored to the needs of each individual.Support with personal care needs where required and ensure that staff are trained and have the support needed to complete their tasks.

About You:

You will be a positive, proactive and passionate person who has the desire to want to support vulnerable adults with learning disability and complex needs.You will work in a person -centred way and ideally have experience of working in the social care sector preferably in a similar setting and have senior and supervisory skills Level 3 in Health & Social Care Your flexible approach to work will be key and be able to work between the hours of 8am -22.00 Monday to Sunday working occasional weekends.Ideally you will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.
