ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Senior Survey Coordinator/Survey Technician for our operations in the Kirkland, Washington area.
We are a full-service land surveying and engineering company that conducts site improvement stakeouts, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/ACSM surveys for residential and mixed-use developments.
What is the opportunity?
The Survey Coordinator position is the bridge between field and office staff. The Senior Survey Coordinator will perform checks and verification of plan and field data, comps for field crews and production of cutsheets. Primary responsibilities include Communication with Field and office staff, other departments (engineering/ Planning) clients and management.

SIT or CST level IV or 5+ years of industry experienceAutoCAD/Carlson software knowledge requiredField Surveyor ExperienceThe salary for this position is $32.94-$42.82 per hour.
