Job Description Faststream Recruitment is currently looking for a Senior Surveyor to join a world leading Ship Registry. They are looking for someone to join the team in the Isle of Man.

You will be joining an internationally respected Ship Registry providing registration services, seafarer certification and in-house legislation and technical expertise.

The Position

As a Senior Surveyor you will be undertaking various surveys, audits and inspections for a wide range of ships. You will be ensuring that all registered ships meet the required standards in line with international rules and requirements. This will include initial surveys as well as annual and renewal surveys. You will also be representing the business in front of the IMO and when meeting with clients. You will have the opportunity to lead new build projects when they are proposed.

Previous seafaring experience (Deck or Engine) Naval Architecture experience also considered Previous surveying experience within Flag State of Classification Society is preferred Must be willing to relocate to the Isle of Man on a full-time basis (remote work WILL NOT be considered)
