Key Responsibilities:
Undertake valuations of office properties in Central London for various purposes, including loan security, financial reporting, and investment advice.Assist in managing client relationships, providing excellent service and identifying opportunities for new business.Prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports, ensuring compliance with RICS Valuation Standards (the Red Book) and internal quality control procedures.Conduct market research and analysis to support valuation conclusions, monitoring trends and developments in the Central London office market.Liaise with clients, agents, and other professionals to gather information and insights relevant to valuations.Assist in mentoring and training junior members of the team.Present valuation advice to clients and colleagues in a clear and concise manner.Work collaboratively with other teams within the company, such as Agency, Investment, and Capital Markets.Maintain a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.Qualifications and Experience:
MRICS qualification or working towards it.Experience in commercial property valuation, preferably with a focus on Central London offices.Good understanding of valuation principles and methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and valuation software.Personal Attributes:
