Role Purpose

The Senior Surveyor will work within our high performing industry leading team in JLL’s Central London Capital Markets team, focusing on City of London offices.

What this job involves:

Supporting the directors in all aspects of client service (Including Institutional, High Net Worth, Private Equity and Property Company clients)Generation of buy side idea targetsFinancial analysis of opportunitiesPre-sale due diligencePre-acquisition due diligencePreparation of market reportsProperty inspections and interaction with clientsPitch / new business prospecting support

RICS certification minimum 1 year post qualification experienceNeed to be highly numerate with good report writing skillsA strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.Excellent attention to detailIdeally knowledge of the London office sector and/or capital markets experienceThe successful candidate will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, industrious, and hungry for successIn addition, tenacity and drive are two key factors.
