A Senior Sustainability Data Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets data to support environmental and social responsibility efforts. They help the company reduce its environmental impact, use resources more efficiently, and improve sustainability by identifying trends, setting goals, and making data-driven decisions.

In this role you will be required to: 

Lead Reporting: Manage all monthly, quarterly, and annual sustainability reports.

Analyze Trends: Identify gaps and areas for improvement in reporting.Work with Stakeholders: Implement sustainable solutions with automation and digital tools.Analyze Data: Conduct various analyses of environmental metrics.Create Dashboards: Develop and maintain sustainability reporting dashboards.Stay Updated: Keep up with new sustainability reporting practices and standards.Manage Data: Ensure all sustainability data is identified and measured.Support Audits: Oversee and support sustainability audits.Collaborate: Work with different teams on environmental topics across operations, products, and supply chains.To succeed, you will need:  

Data Skills: Strong sense for data and analysis.

Communication: Excellent English writing and speaking skills.Problem-Solving: Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.Independence: Ability to work without close supervision.Initiatives: Experience in developing and implementing company/business initiatives.Software Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Attributes: Analytical, resilient, passionate, detail-oriented, and focused on delivery.Industry Experience: Experience in manufacturing, technology, or services.PowerBi: Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus.Sustainability Knowledge: Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards like Greenhouse Gas Protocol, EU CSRD, SBTi, EU Taxonomy, SECR, GRI, and ISSB is a plus.
