Objective: Analyze business procedures and processes to support the development of CO2 targets and roadmaps. Develop CO2 policies and methodologies and assist in assessing CO2-related sustainability requirements from various stakeholder groups. Create suitable initiatives to address identified needs for action.

Project Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate emissions initiatives, develop action plans, and oversee execution. Support the calculation and audit of the Group CO2 footprint.Strategic Support: Assist Business Groups and Corporate Functions in defining roadmaps, particularly for strategic planning and budgeting. Contribute to the development of sustainability roadmaps and strategies.Policy and Proposal Review: Review and revise sustainability proposals or policies. Research and review regulatory, technical, or market issues related to sustainability.Reporting and Documentation: Contribute to HELLA and Forvia sustainability reports. Prepare CO2 submissions to CDP and other reporting agencies. Develop reports and presentations on sustainability initiatives.Leadership and Support: Provide functional leadership to employees, guide and support them in function-related tasks. Offer technical or administrative support for sustainability programs and initiatives.
