Job Summary
As a key member of the manufacturing Engineering team, by focusing on the sustaining projects in order to make sure the continuously improvement of processing and support on the production of DAUT Songjiang Plant.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Understand product design, manufacturing process and quality control points, provide technical support to production team. Handle red light, work closely with cross function team to solve manufacturing problems related process, material and equipment. Continuously improve productivity and quality with lean and six sigma methodology. Work with supplier to develop and implement automation and IioT solutions, drive factory towards Industrial 4.0. Other assignment by the company Who You Are: You engage key stakeholders early and consider the upside and downside scenarios. You think about multiple ways to get the same outcome. You seize on common points of agreement.For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering discipline or a combination of related experience education is required Minimum 3 years’ experience in mechanical manufacturing industry or equivalent experience Familiar with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Strong analytical and problem-solving skill Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Self-motivated, capable to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Fluent in both Oral and Written English
