We’re part of an international team at Ericsson, working on software that helps mobile networks run more efficiently and adapt faster to changing conditions. Our focus is on building AI-supported microservices (rApps) for network optimization.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be involved in designing, developing, and operating backend services in Python, working closely with colleagues from architecture, data science, and QA. You’ll have the chance to contribute to meaningful, real-world solutions with visibility and ownership.

What you will do:
Design, develop, deploy and operate Python-based microservices in a cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, Docker, S3)Own backend development tasks, from planning to release, following agile and TDD principlesCollaborate closely with System Architects, Product Owners and Data Scientists on architecture and system-level designIntegrate CI/CD pipelines and ensure automation across all development and test activities (Jenkins, Git)Contribute to technical documentation and product security practicesActively participate in cross-functional agile ceremonies and knowledge-sharing within an international team
You will bring:
4+ years of experience in backend development or DevOps roles (more senior profiles also welcomed)Strong Python programming skills and microservices development experienceSolid experience with container technologies and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, S3)Proven track record in CI/CD automation and test integration (Jenkins, Robot Framework, PyTest)Familiarity with REST APIs and modern DevOps practicesA collaborative, proactive mindset and strong communication skills in EnglishNice to have: knowledge of Go, AI/ML workflows, or network/telco background
