Position Summary
The Sr. System Administrator role will be responsible for managing and maintaining all key IT Infrastructure of Onit, Network, IT Projects and IT tickets. Technical expertise in Meraki, Mimecast & M365 apps is essential for this role. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various applications and Microsoft 365 services would be BAU. ISO 27001 process and compliance also be a key responsibility.
Key Focus areas / skills – Security and Compliance - M365, Mimecast, Meraki & ISO 27001.
Experience:
• Hands-on experience in Entra Administration, Mimecast and Networking (Meraki), Identity & Access Management (IAM), MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and ISO 27001 process.• Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Meraki cloud-based networking solutions, including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.
• Expertise in developing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 controls.
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and managing Mimecast for email security, spam filtering, phishing protection, and malware defense.
Responsibilities:
• Increasing Entra Security Score, Conditional Access and Security Policies, Email Security and Network security.• Implement and manage Mimecast for email security and threat protection.
• Configure and optimize Cloudflare for web security and performance.
• Manage email authentication protocols (DKIM, DMARC, SPF) for enhanced security.
• Proficient in using the Meraki Dashboard for real-time network monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting connectivity/security issues
• Hands-on expertise in monitoring email traffic, troubleshooting email delivery issues, managing quarantines, and responding to security incidents using the Mimecast Admin Console.
• Deploy and maintain CrowdStrike for endpoint security and threat detection.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in M365, Mimecast and Meraki with ISO 2700.• Any M365 migration related experience would be required.
• Solid knowledge of Networking, email security, and endpoint protection tools.
• Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001 process and compliance
