As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining advanced technical solutions, with a focus on enhancing system reliability, security, and efficiency. This role emphasizes expertise in endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and advanced patching techniques through Azure Arc, ensuring ATS’s IT infrastructure meets the highest standards of operational excellence and security. Education and Certification Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable. Experience & Skills + 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration. + Demonstrated expertise in endpoint security, vulnerability management, and cloud-based solutions. + Hands-on experience with Azure Arc for patch management and system monitoring. + Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. Skills: - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. - Experience prioritizing tasks effectively in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities Advanced Endpoint Security Management: - Deploy, configure, and manage advanced endpoint security solutions, including CrowdStrike Falcon®. - Monitor, analyze, and respond to complex security alerts to protect against emerging threats. - Conduct regular assessments to ensure endpoint security measures remain robust and up to date. Comprehensive Vulnerability Management: - Lead regular vulnerability assessments across diverse IT environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, mitigate, and document remediation efforts. - Maintain expertise in vulnerability management tools and methodologies. Patch Management and Automation: - Utilize Azure Arc for centralized patch management across on-premises and cloud systems. - Develop and refine patching strategies to ensure system compliance and security. - Automate repetitive tasks using advanced scripting languages like PowerShell. Infrastructure and System Administration: - Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. - Ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise applications. - Design and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions for business continuity. Security Compliance and Reporting: - Ensure adherence to industry and regulatory standards through continuous monitoring and audits. - Prepare detailed reports on system performance, security posture, and remediation activities. - Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and insights.
