We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on System Administrator to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize our existing IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS), Linux, and Oracle, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical business systems. Experience with AWS networking is a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Remote Desktop Services (RDS) environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. Manage and maintain Linux-based servers, including patching, scripting, and performance tuning. Support and optimize Oracle databases and related infrastructure, ensuring high availability and efficiency. Perform proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across all systems. Implement and enforce security best practices for Windows, Linux, and Oracle environments. Manage AWS networking configurations, including VPCs, security groups, and connectivity. Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning. Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of all infrastructure components.
