ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior System Administrator (Windows) to join our team in Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
+ Providing Windows system administration in coordination with the service providers and system owners.
+ Performing, or reviewing, technical security assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies.
+ Managing the installation, testing, monitoring, operating, and troubleshooting of client hardware and software on Windows platforms.
+ Installing, configuring, upgrading, setting-up, and troubleshooting all hardware and software components, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and other system interfaces, and testing for system malfunctions.
+ Installing, upgrading, configuring, and testing off-the-shelf, locally developed, and government provided applications and software.
+ Applying knowledge of IA policy, procedures, and workforce structure to designing, developing, and implementing secure networking, computing, and enclave environments.
+ Supporting security planning, assessment, risk analysis, and risk management.
+ Identifying overall security requirements for the proper handling of Government data.
+ Contributing to the security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification and awareness activities for system and networking operations.
+ Evaluating end-to-end systems through their entire life cycle.
+ Ensuring products and systems comply with requirements and customer information assurance and cyber security standards and practices through formal verification methods with specific emphasis on network operations.
+ Maintaining documentation for supported services, processes, configurations, access controls, systems, networks, equipment, etc. through Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Architecture Views, and other processes.
+ Creating and maintaining Visio network and system drawings, hardware/software lists and other data products.
+ Assisting the IASO/ISSM in ensuring that a Certification and Accreditation package is prepared and maintained in accordance with (IAW) the DoDI 8510.01 Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology (IT).
+ Participating in Special Projects as required.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Selected candidates must be a U.S. Citizen.
+ 4+ years of Windows system administration experience.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with experience developing and delivering briefings for senior and executive managers.
+ Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
+ DoD8570. IAT Level II (Security+ or equivalent)
+ 10+ years IT experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; professional training or work experience.
+ Must be able to obtain an ITIL Foundations 4 certification within the first 90 days of employment on this program.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ CISSP, CASP, RHCSA, RHCE, or equivalent industry certifications.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Active Secret Security Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
+ The person in this position will need to be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
