**Job Title** – Senior System Analyst
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Analyst to join our team. As a CBRE Business Systems Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for formulating and defining complex system scopes and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday Adaptive Planning and knowledge of Alteryx is advantageous. You will be responsible for providing expert support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to this critical system.
**What You’ll Do**
**System Support:**
+ Provide timely and effective technical support for Workday Adaptive Planning.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
+ Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
+ Maintain system documentation and user guides.
**System Administration:**
+ Manage user access and security permissions.
+ Configure and maintain system settings.
+ Perform regular system updates and patches.
+ Implement system enhancements and upgrades.
**Data Analysis and Reporting:**
+ Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs.
+ Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Workday Adaptive Planning.
+ Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
+ Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
**Process Improvement:**
+ Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
+ Work with business users to implement process improvements.
+ Develop and implement best practices for system usage.
**Project Management:**
+ Participate in system implementation and upgrade projects.
+ Manage project timelines and deliverables.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
**What You'll Need**
**Technical Skills:**
+ Advanced knowledge in Workday Adaptive Planning.
+ Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bl).
+ Knowledge of Alteryx or other data integration tools is advantageous.
+ Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

+ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Detail-oriented and organized.
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ 4+ years of experience in system analysis and support.
+ 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
+ Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
