The Building People are seeking a qualified Sr. Systems Analyst to: ·         Provide direct consulting services in assisting with the implementation of functional solutions related to any of the following: ARCHIBUS, TRIRIGA,     Nuvolo, MAXIMO, and Service Now. ·         Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish functional requirements, troubleshoot issues, provide suggestions and ideas to   improve the solution. ·         Document, develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, use cases, feature files, and flowcharts for   developers to follow. ·         Translate highly technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements to communicate with internal and external clients. ·         Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases in support of the overall quality assurance process. ·         Perform testing of implemented requirements, lead and support User Acceptance Testing, collect/document results, evaluate and act on feedback. ·         Work on deliverables including requirements capturing, training guides, design documents and training videos. ·         Deliver online training as needed, develop client presentations, lead implementations. ·         Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors.  ·         Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
