Job Summary

Designs and develops comprehensive architectures that integrate processes, applications, data, and technology, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role requires extensive conceptual and practical knowledge in System Architecture, along with a fundamental understanding of related disciplines. It demands familiarity with best practices and an understanding of how their area of expertise integrates with others. Additionally, the candidate should be cognizant of market competition and the differentiating factors.

Demonstrates deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing the Microsoft 365 suite, including Power Platform, MS Teams, and MS Copilot, to support business objectives. This role requires a robust understanding of cloud technologies, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

 

This is a Hybrid role to our Woodland Hills, CA office location. 

The levels for consideration: Salary Grade 38- Senior System Architect or Salary Grade 39 - System Architect Leader based on ones skills and qualifications against the requirements of the role. 

What You'll Do

Leverages extensive conceptual and practical knowledge in System Architecture, along with a basic understanding of related disciplines, to design and develop complex physical architectures. Executes POCs and pilots to demonstrate rapid business outcomes. Applies critical thinking and performs structured analysis to solve challenging issues and make informed decisions. Works independently with minimal guidance to execute complex pilots and assess overall system performance, scalability, and health. Responsible for defining and aligning system standards and principles. May lead projects or project phases within larger initiatives or manage ongoing system architecture activities. Reviews detailed designs and code to ensure alignment with high-level design and architecture.

 

Collaborates closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and IT professionals, to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and efficient system solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This includes leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Teams and Copilot solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity. Ensures seamless integration of these solutions with existing systems, while maintaining a focus on security, compliance, and best practices.

 

Stays abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements in Microsoft 365, particularly in the areas of Teams and AI-driven tools such as Copilot. Proactively identifies opportunities to leverage these advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Provides mentorship and guidance to junior architects and IT staff, fostering a culture of learning and development. Acts as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on Microsoft 365 solutions, contributing to the development of strategic IT roadmaps and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What You'll Bring 4 years relevant experience in System Architecture within specific technology or platform required, preferably as technical lead. Experience in delivering technical solution architecture required. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Physical Actions

This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
