Position Title:  System Engineer Patch and Vulnerability Management

Job Listing Detail:

Responsible for Global Patch and Vulnerability Management for Windows Servers and VMware infrastructure globally.

Deep technical knowledge of Patching and Vulnerability Management Infrastructure systems

Maintains and constantly improves core technical knowledge.

In-depth troubleshooting skills

Experience with technical documentation and knowledge management

Understanding of Security & Quality standards

Apply analytical, statistical, and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret large vulnerability data sets.

Responsible for Problem management and root cause analysis for repeated incidents or outages

Create and maintain documentation Working instructions, Procedures and Knowledge Based articles.  

Can act as a team lead (e.g. support shift, geography, etc.)

Who you are:

5 + Years prior experience in Windows and Vmware

Microsoft Windows Server and VMware certification is a plus

Good working knowledge of coding and scripting (ex: PowerShell scripting, Phyton, Ruby)

Excellent knowledge of server administration, Patch Management & OS specific debugging tools,  Solarwinds Patch Management, Microsoft SCCM or others

Good understanding of server technologies such as Active Directory Services, WSUS, DNS and performance tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment.
