We are seeking a professional and motivated Senior System Hardware Design Engineer to join our team, dedicated to delivering industry-leading enterprise network solutions. As a key team member, you will lead the design and development of advanced enterprise network products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development of innovative, reliable products for enterprise networking applications. Key Responsibilities: + Provide technology insights, designing hardware architecture, and planning the evolution of enterprise network products to ensure the product platform remains competitive. + Design and develop boards or modules to meet international regulatory requirements, EMC standards, reliability and environmental requirements, as well as leading telecom industry requirements, including NEBS. + Responsible for hardware architecture design, including product requirement analysis, hardware solution design, key technology decision-making, project planning, quality management, and other related tasks. + Contribute to detailed hardware design, including component selection, schematic design, PCB layout rule development, follow-up on safety and EMC certification processes, developing hardware-related manufacturing processes, and performing other related tasks. + Develop and execute hardware test plans, conducting comprehensive debugging and testing of system signal integrity, electromagnetic compatibility, and other critical aspects. + Conduct design reviews for hardware, including schematics, BOMs, layout, and routing. + Continuously improve existing products by addressing and resolving the feedback during pilot and mass production stages. + Conduct and review failure analysis (FA), root cause analysis (RCA), corrective action reports (CAR), and 8D reports. + Improve the specifications and use cases used by the hardware team. + Collaborate closely with other teams to resolve issues during product development. + Actively mentor and develop junior engineers. Requirements + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design and architecture, specifically in high-speed networking products. + Proficiency in CAD tools and simulation tools (SI/PI/EMC/Thermal) such as Cadence, Mentor, or Ansoft. + Specialized experience in hardware engineering within the enterprise networking equipment industry, including leading the design of core switches, routers, and firewalls for data center or campus networks, with successful product delivery experience. + Extensive experience in system hardware architecture design, including familiarity with application scenarios, key features, hardware architectures, and chip solutions for typical network products. + Skilled in the hardware project development process, with strong quality control capabilities across all stages, from product requirement analysis and hardware design to testing, verification, and manufacturing. + Proficient in high-speed digital design, with a strong understanding of signal integrity and power integrity. Expertise in high-speed serial interface design (e.g., PCIe/USXGMII/QSFP28), high-density parallel interface design (e.g., DDR3/4/5). + Familiar with high-reliability and high-availability system design, proficient in related design, prediction, and evaluation methods, with the ability to systematically enhance product reliability and availability. + Skilled in collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including power supply, software, structure, QA, and manufacturing. + Preferred Qualifications: + Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Capable of logic design, familiar with general CPLD development.
