The Senior System Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and growing Emerson control systems/software and asset Management in Denmark by building a solid pipeline within the market's strategic industries.
This position will be involved in all phases, from cold canvas to contractual awards and their handover to our project execution organization.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Drive sales of Emerson Control Systems, Software and Solutions to new and existing customers in Denmark – primarily DeltaV and AspenTech solutions and AMS Suite Understand Customer expectations and convert these into sales and business results. Maintain current installed base in terms of accounts, opportunities, pursuits and proposal work Sales ownership from cold calls to successful contractual negotiations Explore new markets and new customers with active work to increase Emerson's installed base. Identify and understand customers business drivers and apply Emerson’s solutions to these.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Experience/knowledge from Process and/or Industrial Automation Documented sales expertise from cold calls to successful contract negotiation Minimum five years of Sales experience or equivalent exposure to automation engineering Experience in Power and Renewables or Pharma/Life Science is seen as a positive. Engineering Degree in Automation/Electrical or equivalent experience from the industry. Relevant Product/Application/Solution expertise. Proficient in English written and oral.
