Emerson is looking for a Senior System Service Engineer to be a part of our team in Denmark. **In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Perform advanced maintenance tasks in accordance with customer requirements + Perform and lead service projects and take ownership for customer co-ordination + Provide resolution to complex technical issues and resolve Customer disruptive events, where appropriate consulting with Emerson CSE (GSC and Product Engineering). + Provide technical expertise for products and services to support customers and Emerson teams. + Create prototypes to develop, demonstrate special project features, leading design and code reviews. + Mentor Service Engineers in the local team **Who You Are:** You leverage each team member’s outstanding background to achieve team goals and you model and encourage the expression of diverse ideas and opinions empowering your team. You are passionately motivated about making an impact, always deliver outstanding work and act with integrity. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field (including control engineering, computer science, or electronics, etc.) or similar experience + Sound knowledge of Emerson Process Management, Process Systems and Solutions products and services + Experience with DeltaV and DeltaV MES + In-depth knowledge and experience of automation and control systems in process industries, typically with 6-8 years of experience + Proficiency in English **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Knowledge of active directory, DNS, IP networks and virtualization + Experience with ERP interfacing (e.g. SAP) or other level 4 solutions + Fluently in Danish is a plus + Drivers license **Our Offer To You:** At Emerson, we are committed to fostering a culture where every employee is valued and respected for their unique experiences and perspectives.
