Overview: This role supports end-users of financial systems by managing Zendesk requests, troubleshooting issues, administering user security, and maintaining system documentation. You will configure and enhance Workday Financials, oversee key financial modules, manage reporting, and support biannual system updates. Additionally, you will handle integrations, monitor auxiliary financial systems like Blackline, Planful, and Coupa, and ensure compliance with SOX controls. You will also drive finance-related projects, coordinate across teams, and provide program management to enhance system functionality and business processes.
