Donna Cona Inc. is currently looking for a Senior System Support Analyst, for one of our key clients.  The Senior System Support Analyst will be responsible for managing the operations and implementation of our client’s solution security architectures, managing and monitoring system performance, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duration: December 12th, 2025 (with possibility of renewal)

Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Candidates MUST have the following:

Security Clearance: Secret; Minimum of ten (10) years demonstrated experience in IM/IT, in a technical role; Minimum of 18 months of continuous demonstrated Leadership experience on one (1) project, leading a team in the installation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of Citrix XenApp 6 or later; Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience in designing, developing and / or supporting the integration of two (2) or more information system components using one or more of the following message protocols: HL7, WebServices, BizTalk, MQSeries or WebSphere; Minimum of three (3) years of continuous demonstrated experience on one (1) project in the implementation or operation and maintenance of information system security architectures, which must include all of the following: Security Information and Event Management (SIEM); Citrix Thin-Client architecture; and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); and Minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience in information system trouble shooting, which must include all of the following activities: Documented Diagnosis, Documented Problem Analysis, and Documented Recommendations.

Candidates should have the following demonstrated experience:

System security, that includes all of the following activities: Monitoring performance, Identifying operational deficiencies, and Improving system security and performance; Installation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of Citrix XenApp 6 or later; System backup recovery and disaster recovery architecture, that includes all of the following activities: Testing, Implementation, and Operation and Maintenance; Configuring and managing all of the following Security areas: IT system security (which includes Network security and Application security), Endpoint protection software, Multi-factor authentication, Firewalls, and VPNs;
